Connect Square to OneCount
Link your Square POS so OneCount can use your sales data for Theoretical vs Actual variance and recipe costing.
How to connect
Use the OneCount mobile app — Square is not connected from this website.
- 1Open the OneCount app on your device.
- 2Go to Settings → Integrations → Connect POS.
- 3Tap Connect Square.
- 4Sign in with your Square merchant account (the one you use for your business).
- 5When Square asks, tap to authorize OneCount to access your sales and catalog data.
- 6You'll return to OneCount — Square is now connected.
What you get
- Theoretical vs Actual — Compare expected usage (from Square sales) vs what you counted.
- Recipe mapping — Link Square items to OneCount recipes for theoretical usage.
- Recipe costing — Cost visibility from sales and ingredient usage.
