Integrations
Current connector status, stated plainly.
Each connector carries its current status: live, pilot, partnership in progress, or planned. A label never means more than the mechanism described below.
XeroLive
Pushes supplier bills — line items and GST included — to Xero as review-first drafts your bookkeeper approves. OneCount never authorises a bill on your behalf.
SquarePilot program
Reads Square sales, read-only, so food cost reflects what actually sold — not just what was counted. Running in a sandbox environment until the first pilot venue goes live.
Impos · Bepoz · H&L · SwiftPOS · AbacusPilot via Doshii
Connects via Doshii, the POS-aggregation layer covering these systems, so sales data reaches OneCount without a POS-specific build for each one. Pilot via Doshii.
ToastPartnership in progress
A partner application is underway with Toast. No connector exists yet.
LightspeedComing
The next direct POS build on the roadmap, after the Square pilot proves out.
We won't call an integration “live” until it's moving real data for a real venue. Xero is labelled live. Square and Doshii are labelled pilot, Toast is a partnership in progress, and Lightspeed is planned. Those labels do not claim that every system named by an aggregation partner is connected, or that a planned connector moves data today.
