OneCount's target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a product target, not a claim that OneCount has been independently audited or certified.

What we are working toward

Public and signed-in web journeys should be usable with a keyboard, keep visible focus, respect reduced motion preferences, and support zoom and reflow without hiding essential content or controls.

We use semantic headings, labelled form controls, status announcements, and native interactive elements where the current interface supports them. Accessibility remains an ongoing review rather than a one-time release claim.

If something prevents you from completing a task, email hello@onecount.ai. Include the page, device, browser, and what you were trying to do if you can. We do not publish a response-time SLA, but accessibility feedback is reviewed through the same support process as other product issues.
