Hospitality deserves one clear ecosystem.
Hospitality venues manage perishable stock, narrow margins, food-safety obligations, and changing teams. Many still rely on spreadsheets and disconnected tools. We started with stocktakes because a clear count gives teams a practical baseline, then followed the related work into pricing, costing, operations, compliance, and traceability.
We're building the OneCount Ecosystem — inventory, operations, compliance, traceability, workforce — with five clear product owners designed to share approved context as the in-development products become available, without blurring who owns the record.

Built by a chef who has run kitchens, counted stock, managed food cost and trained teams, OneCount is shaped around the work hospitality already has to do. The aim is simple: make problems easier to find and the next action easier to own.

How we design
Three rules govern every screen.
The one-hand rule
Hospitality work happens standing up, mid-shift, phone in one hand. If a screen can't be used while distracted, it's too complex — we remove complexity until it can.
The five-second rule
Any page should be understood by a hospitality worker within five seconds. Hierarchy, language and layout are tested against the clock, not against taste.
The no-training rule
Software that needs a tutorial has already failed the people who'll use it at 6am. The interface should feel obvious on first contact.
