OneCount has no automated public status dashboard and no public uptime SLA. This page does not claim that every product dependency is healthy in real time.

How incidents are communicated

When a service issue is identified, OneCount assesses the scope and notifies affected account contacts when the facts, contract, or law require customer notice. We do not promise automatic direct notification for every incident.

Current users can report a suspected service issue through Support. Include the affected workflow, approximate time, and any non-sensitive error message.

Product changes

Product and release changes are recorded in the Changelog. The changelog is not a live service-health feed.
