Delete your OneCount account

Account deletion instructions updated 12 July 2026.

OneCount, also listed as OneCountAI, is operated by OneCount Pty Ltd. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from inside the OneCount app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open OneCount and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, then select Delete account.
3. Review what will be deleted and what may remain.
4. Continue, type DELETE, then select Permanently delete account.

The in-app deletion is processed immediately. It cannot be undone, so export any stocktake totals you need before confirming.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the email address registered to your OneCount account and ask us to delete the account. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Never send us your password.

Data that is deleted

• Your account email and sign-in identity.
• Organizations you solely own, including their venues, sessions, counts, catalog data, and other tenant data.
• Your membership in organizations that continue under other owners.
• Personal preferences and local app data on the device completing the in-app deletion.

Data that may remain

• Organizations with another owner remain for their other members. Your membership is removed.
• Audit events and supplier credit notes you created in a retained organization remain as operational history, but your user identifier is removed from those records.
• Limited records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or backup obligations, then deleted or anonymised when that obligation ends.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store where you purchased it.
