Delete your OneCount account

Account deletion instructions updated 12 July 2026.

OneCount, also listed as OneCountAI, is operated by OneCount Pty Ltd. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from inside the OneCount app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open OneCount and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, then select Delete account.
3. Review what will be deleted and what may remain.
4. Continue, type DELETE, then select Permanently delete account.

The deletion request starts immediately. The app confirms completion only after the deletion service reports success. Completion may not be immediate: tenant cleanup is best-effort, and failures should be retried or taken to support. Export any records you need before confirming.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the email address registered to your OneCount account and ask us to delete the account. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Never send us your password.

Data that is deleted

• Your account email and sign-in identity.
• The intended server process deletes organisations you solely own and their tenant data. Because cleanup is best-effort, the app reports failure rather than promising that every record has been removed when a step does not complete.
• Your membership in organisations that continue under other owners.
• Personal preferences and local app data on the device completing the in-app deletion.

Data that may remain

• A shared organisation remains under other owners and your departing membership is removed. Retention of operational records follows the remaining organisation and applicable obligations; this page does not promise that every count entry remains.
• Historical user references are nulled where the current deletion service handles them. Other references may require follow-up if a deletion step fails.
• Limited records may remain where legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or a continuing organisation's obligations require them. No fixed retention period is published.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store where you purchased it.
