Four public promises. Each one maps to a real complaint operators make about hospitality software — and each one is true today, not aspirational.
No lock-in
Cancel any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee anywhere in our terms — check for yourself.
No pass-through fees
The price on our pricing page is the price you pay. We don't add a surcharge for connecting a POS or accounting integration.
Published pricing
Every tier's price is on the pricing page, including how Business scales with venue count. No “book a call to find out” gate on the number itself.
Month-to-month billing
Pay monthly by default. Annual billing is optional and only ever saves you money — it's never the only way to buy.
Why this page exists
Operators don't leave software for missing features.
They leave because of a claim that only turns out to be false after the contract is signed.
Integration that doesn't really integrate. Offline mode that isn't actually offline. Pricing that turns out to be a quote gate. We'd rather publish four commitments we can stand behind today than a longer list that sounds better but can't be checked.
This list is intentionally short. We only publish a pledge once it's true — not when it would sound good to claim.
