The web path prepares the records a first count needs. It does not imply a public mobile download or hide an access boundary behind a setup promise.

Create your organization and first venue
This establishes the organization and venue that will own the catalogue, locations, and count records.
Prepare the catalogue and locations
Add or review the products and locations your team will count. Keep units and venue ownership clear before quantities are entered.
Confirm the count-entry handoff
Review the venue, catalogue, locations, and current access before the count starts. The public web setup does not send you to an unverified app-store listing.
A public iOS or Google Play listing was not verified for this release. If your founding program access needs a count-entry surface beyond the public web setup, contact the team for the current supported path.

Prepare the catalogue
Add the products your venue counts, keep their units clear, and organise the records before a count begins.
Review invoice details
OneCount can read invoice details into a draft for a manager to check and correct. Extraction is not described as fully automatic or always accurate.
Review supplier pricing
Recorded supplier prices stay beside their source so a manager can review what changed before deciding what to update.
Review stock and variance
Recorded quantities, costing, and variance remain available for review without inventing a result where a venue has not supplied data.
Connector status
Check the status before you connect anything.
A connector is not required to prepare the workspace. These labels and descriptions come from the same public integration registry used across OneCount.
Xero — Live
Pushes supplier bills — line items and GST included — to Xero as review-first drafts your bookkeeper approves. OneCount never authorises a bill on your behalf.
Square — Pilot program
Reads Square sales, read-only, so food cost reflects what actually sold — not just what was counted. Running in a sandbox environment until the first pilot venue goes live.
