Product limits

Know what OneCount does not claim.

Direct answer

What are the current limitations of the OneCount product family?

OneCount web is available for setup, catalogue and available review surfaces, but that does not prove every count-entry or invoice-capture path is on the web. Ops, Shield and Trace remain in development. Human review, mobile-store, hardware and integration boundaries are stated instead of being inferred.

Products and platforms

Only the OneCount web start path is presented as available today. It does not expose or prove every entry and capture workflow. A public iOS listing was not verified, Android is not listed, and the three specialist products offer representative previews and early-access interest rather than released software.

Human review and operational responsibility

Invoice details, item matches, prices, counts, task completion, food-safety sign-off and label decisions retain a human owner. Assistance can prepare or organise a record; it does not approve the record on the operator's behalf.

Integrations and hardware

External integrations keep an explicit live, pilot, partnership or planned status. Printer, sensor, camera and scanner support is stated only for a verified device and path, not inferred across all hardware.

Product ownership

Which OneCount product owns this?

A limitation follows the same owner as the record: OneCount for inventory and cost, Ops for execution, Shield for compliance proof and Trace for labels or custody. One product cannot silently fill an unavailable feature by taking over another product's data.

Availability and limitations

Know the boundary before the decision.

  • Availability and integration status can change and must be re-verified before a production rollout.
  • No customer outcome, uptime, accuracy or savings guarantee is published.
