Platform guide
Use the verified path. See every unavailable path plainly.
Direct answer
Where can a hospitality team use OneCount today?
OneCount has a public web start path today for workspace setup, catalogue and available review surfaces. That does not prove that every count-entry or invoice-capture surface is on the web. A public iOS listing was not verified, Android is not listed, and Ops, Shield and Trace remain in development across web and mobile.
OneCount web is the current public path
The web action is the only public start path the site presents as available. It prepares the organisation, venue, catalogue and location context and exposes available review surfaces; count entry or invoice capture beyond that needs the current supported handoff. Opening the web experience on a phone does not turn it into a verified native-store listing.
Store and device claims require evidence
A store badge appears only after a public listing is verified. Printer, scanner, sensor and other hardware compatibility remains device- or model-specific until the exact integration path is tested.
Product ownership
Which OneCount product owns this?
Each product owns its own availability statement. OneCount is available on web; Ops, Shield and Trace are in development. The ecosystem does not borrow OneCount availability to make the other products appear released.

OneCount
OneCount owns inventory, catalog, pricing and costing.

OneCount Ops
Ops owns recipes, methods, photos, training, execution, tasks, handovers and operational events.

OneCount Shield
Shield owns compliance, evidence and audit.

OneCount Trace
Trace owns labels, batches, shelf life, traceability and recalls.
Availability and limitations
Know the boundary before the decision.
- No public iOS or Google Play destination is currently presented for OneCount.
- Web availability does not imply that every operational entry or capture surface is available through public web navigation.
- The three specialist products do not have released web or mobile surfaces today.
