Who it is for
Different roles. One clear record owner for each problem.
Direct answer
Which hospitality teams is OneCount designed for?
OneCount is designed for hospitality teams that need inventory, invoices, pricing and costing to be easier to review, from a single venue to a multi-site group. The family also maps daily execution to Ops, compliance proof to Shield and labels or traceability to Trace, with those three specialist products still in development.
Single venues and multi-site groups
A single venue can prepare its catalogue, locations and first review context on the web, then confirm the supported count-entry or invoice-capture handoff. A multi-site group needs organisation, venue and role boundaries before comparing records across sites; group-wide specialist-product workflows are not claimed as live.
Chefs, operations and finance managers
Chefs and kitchen managers can use OneCount to prepare catalogue context and review recorded counts, supplier prices and costing. Operations managers map recipes, procedures, tasks and handovers to Ops. Finance teams review the OneCount-owned commercial source rather than a copied recipe or task record.
Food-safety and traceability teams
Food-safety supervisors map their checks, corrective evidence and audit history to Shield. Production and traceability teams map labels, dates, batches, custody and recalls to Trace. Both products remain in development.
Product ownership
Which OneCount product owns this?
OneCount owns inventory and commercial truth; Ops owns the recipe and work; Shield owns compliance proof; Trace owns the label and custody record. The role using a record can change, but its product owner does not.

OneCount
OneCount owns inventory, catalog, pricing and costing.

OneCount Ops
Ops owns recipes, methods, photos, training, execution, tasks, handovers and operational events.

OneCount Shield
Shield owns compliance, evidence and audit.

OneCount Trace
Trace owns labels, batches, shelf life, traceability and recalls.
Availability and limitations
Know the boundary before the decision.
- Not every role needs every product, and the specialist products are not released today.
- Access still depends on organisation membership and the current owner, manager or staff role model; per-venue role assignment is not claimed.
